1.5X1220 bending machine function introduction
Multifunctional square tube bending machine
To ensure optimal performance of the multifunctional rolling pipe bender, it is important to properly secure the switch and apply lubricating grease to the contact areas between the support wheel, mold, and the workpiece that needs to be bent. By tightening the switch and ensuring proper lubrication, you can enhance the functionality and durability of the pipe bender. Remember to prioritize safety while carrying out these maintenance tasks.
To select the appropriate bending die, consider the size of the pipe to be bent. Install the chosen die onto the piston rod, ensuring that the respective size grooves on the two supporting wheels face the bending die. It is crucial to place the supporting wheels into the corresponding size holes on the wing plate. The inner wheel should go into the "large-sized" hole, while the outer wheel goes into the smaller hole. This prevents any asymmetry in the positioning of the support wheels, which could potentially cause damage to the mold and other components.
Step 3: Once the workpiece is in place, proceed by covering the upper wing plate. Begin by applying pressure to the workpiece using the fast pump, ensuring that the bending die is pressed down firmly. Next, employ the slow pump to gently press the workpiece to the desired angle. Once the bending is complete, switch on the machine, allowing the working piston to automatically reset and release the wing plate. Finally, carefully remove the workpiece from the machine.
This rolling pipe bending machine is designed with simplicity and has a straightforward structure. It offers great flexibility and convenience in its operation, making it a multifunctional tool. With its long lifespan, it is a reliable and durable machine. Additionally, it comes equipped with various molds, enhancing its versatility. One of its notable features is its ability to bend stainless steel tubes up to a length of 6 meters and a diameter less than 25.4¢ into a complete circle in one go. Furthermore, the circular shape gradually transforms into a small spring-like circle.
