The working principle of the bending machine

Jul 29, 2022Leave a message

The hydraulic bending machine is comprised of three main components: a bracket, a worktable and a clamping plate. The worktable is securely positioned on top of the bracket and consists of a base and a pressure plate. The base, in turn, is composed of three parts: a seat shell, a coil and a cover plate. The seat shell houses the coil, which is situated within a recess in the base, and then, the top of the recess is covered with the cover plate. What's more, the base is further connected to the clamping plate by a hinge, thereby ensuring greater stability and precision during the bending process.

The coil present in the bending machine is activated using electricity, which then results in the gravitational force pulling down the pressure plate. This leads to the clamping of the thin plate between the base and the pressure plate. Thanks to the utilization of electromagnetic force clamping, a wide range of workpieces can be processed by using different pressure plate variations to match the given workpiece specifications. With its exceptional flexibility, the bending machine can be used to process workpieces with side walls as well. Changing the bending machine mold can cater to any workpiece requirements, making it an ideal machine for a wide variety of applications.
