The working principle of the bending machine

Jul 29, 2022Leave a message

The hydraulic bending machine is equipped with a bracket, a worktable, and a clamping plate. The bracket serves as the foundation for the machine, onto which the worktable is positioned. The worktable consists of two main components, the base and the pressure plate. The base is connected to the clamping plate via a hinge, which allows for proper movement and positioning during operation. The base itself is composed of an underlying seat shell, a coiled element, and a covering plate. The coiled element is nestled within a recessed section of the seat shell, which is then covered by the top plate. This carefully crafted design ensures optimal functioning and ease of use for the hydraulic bending machine.

The wire provides the necessary energy to power the coil in order to activate it. Once the electricity flows through the wire, the pressure plate is affected by gravity, which enables the clamping of the thin plate between the base and the pressure plate. Utilizing the electromagnetic force for clamping, the pressure plate can be adjusted to meet the specific requirements of various workpieces, including those with side walls. By simply replacing the bending machine mold, the bending machine is capable of accommodating a wide range of workpieces.
